After Earl Scruggs, Doug Dillard is probably the best known banjo player in the land, thanks in part to his appearances as a member of the 'Darlin Family' on the "Andy Griffith Show" televsion show . The group was actually 'The Dillards'. Later he recorded this now classic all-instrumental album. featuring Bernie Leadon, (The Eagles), John Hartford and the late great Gene Clark (The Byrds). It includes a bonus track, "Runaway Country" with Byron Berline.
